  • Restaurant Dishwasher Duties and Responsibilities:

Line Cook/Prep

  • Restaurant Line Cook/Prep Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner

    • Follow recipes and presentation specifications

    • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Server

  • Restaurant Server Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure tables are properly set according to specified guidelines

    • Greet guests, explain the menu and Korean BBQ concept to newcomers

    • Upsell when appropriate

    • Utilize POS ordering technology, accurately inputting guest headcount, food and drink orders

    • Conduct frequent guest check-ins to ensure satisfaction and all their needs are met

    • Take initiative and encourage team members to work efficiently

    • Work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

    • Busing and pre-busing duties during and after the dining experience

    • Keep the restaurant clean and any workplace neat and tidy, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, cleaning, and food/equipment prep.

    • Exhibits professional and effective communication amongst both FOH and BOH staff

    • 100% compliance with all food safety/sanitation rules and regulations

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Host

  • Restaurant Host Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Welcome guests and takes time to explain the menu and concept to generate excitement

    • Utilizing POS ordering technology, accurately inputs contact information into the wait list system

    • Accurately balances cash drawer, including all cash and credit card receipts

    • Accurately closes out guest checks by applying the correct credit card or cash to the specified check

    • Take “to-go” orders, accurately enter the data into the POS system

    • Packages “to-go” orders to include an adequate amount of utensils, napkins, sauces and spices

    • Maintain a neat, organized and clean front-of-house

    • Assist with opening/closing tasks

    • Rotate seating between different stations

    • Answer phone and schedule reservations for large parties

  • Restaurant Busser Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Setup tables with all plates, napkins, chopsticks and cooking utensils according to specified guidelines

    • Perform pre-bussing duties throughout the dining experience

    • Cleans and resets tales as necessary

    • Work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

    • Cleans restaurant work spaces as needed or directed by the General Manager or Kitchen Lead

    • Maintain the restaurant, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, cleaning, and food/equipment prep

    • Ensures the use of all personal protective equipment and abides by all safety rules and regulations

    • 100% compliance with all food safety/sanitation rules and regulations
