ABOUT US

Booth seating with built-in tabletop grills inside Manna BBQ.

Through inspiration, passion and dedication, Manna Heaven BBQ was founded February of 2010 in Convoy, San Diego. We wanted to open up a Korean BBQ spot that allowed us to introduce the Korean culture of cooking and dining together, all while providing quality meats at an affordable price to ensure that everyone in our community is able to experience our long-held tradition of Korean BBQ.

Korean BBQ is made to enjoy hot and fresh off the grill with family and friends who all contributed to helping cook the perfect dish. We have different meat choices including marinated and non-marinated, as well as seafood and banchan (Korean side dishes) made in-house to enjoy along with the meats. Although there is no “perfect” or “right” way to cook Korean BBQ, the most popular way of cooking is to season the grill with an onion first, then cooking the non-marinated meats before the marinated meats. The kimchi, given as banchan, tastes amazing when cooked in the oil that spills over from the meats that have been on the grill. You have choices of garlic, peppers, rice paper, along with soondubu (tofu soup), and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste soup) to enjoy and spice up your experience as well.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Manna BBQ has grown into one of San Diego’s favorite spots for all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, now serving guests across Convoy, San Marcos, Chula Vista, Mira Mesa, Plaza Bonita, Downtown San Diego, as well as Texas and Arizona. Each location brings the same sizzling flavors and lively dining experience that made our very first restaurant so popular. With even more openings planned, we’re excited to share the Manna BBQ experience in more neighborhoods every year!
